A little about Lorné Drainage
Lorné Mark & Fastighetsservice AB is a well-established company that was founded in 2009 as a pure drainage company. We have over 35 years of experience in management and work with individuals, companies and insurance companies. Today, the group employs around 35 people, all employed directly by the companies to ensure that all work is carried out under insurance policies that cover both customers and staff. This is an important aspect of our business, as work carried out by subcontractors often falls under their own insurance policies, which can complicate liability issues for our clients.
Our head office is located in Gothenburg, and our area of operation extends throughout Västra Götaland. We have specialized staff with many years of experience in each field, which puts us in a unique position to handle all types of assignments – from the most complex drainage jobs to the restoration and improvement of both land and basements. Our aim is to always carry out each assignment with the utmost responsibility and care. We strive to meet each customer’s individual needs, and we value an open and continuous dialog with our customers. This is to make them feel safe and valued, and see us as an accommodating and service-oriented company.
We have an annual turnover of more than SEK 40 million within the group and have a very good economy. This financial stability enables us to offer a 10 year guarantee on drainage & insulation works, giving our customers additional security and confidence in the services we provide. With our wide range of expertise, we can offer a comprehensive range of contracting services for property maintenance and servicing, including ongoing maintenance and renovation work. Where necessary, we work with carefully selected subcontractors who share our vision of quality and responsibility.
