We review the property on site, look at ground levels, stormwater, access and visible signs of moisture. The goal is to understand the real conditions so the quote becomes as accurate as possible.
Does the on-site visit cost anything? +
No. The first on-site assessment and quote discussion are free of charge, giving you a better basis for decision-making before you move forward.
Do I need to prepare anything before you arrive? +
Usually it is enough that we can access the relevant parts of the plot and any basement or lower-ground floor. If you have drawings, previous documentation or stormwater information, that is useful to have ready.
