Lorne Mark & Fastighetsservice AB replaced the waterproofing layer and rebuilt a new courtyard for a housing association in Helsingborg with focus on durability, function and a pleasant outdoor environment.
The association needed to replace an aging waterproofing layer and at the same time rebuild the courtyard so it worked better for residents. Lorne handled the full scope with focus on durability, function and a more usable outdoor space.
The work started with opening up the area, removing the old waterproofing layer and preparing the base for a new structure that could handle load, moisture and daily use over time.
After the new waterproofing layer was installed, the courtyard was rebuilt in stages with drainage layers, base layers and surface finishes. The goal was both long-term technical performance and a finished environment that felt well resolved.
Throughout the project the association received continuous updates about schedule, work stages and safety for residents. That close communication was important for keeping the project predictable from start to finish.
